**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Servicing**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Gather, review, and verify necessary documents from clients for submissions.
- Provide clear instructions to clients regarding documentation and timelines.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare and organize client documents for submission, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Coordinate schedules and meetings between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of client-related paperwork.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client requirements are met on time.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Minimum Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or client-facing role. Prior experience in document preparation or business services is an advantage.
- **Skills**:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- **Attributes**:
Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Professional demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
