- Client account management, develop and expand customers through the company's existing resources or by your own, serve exact and valuable customers, and provide all-round financial solutions for them.
- Review and enhance product penetration, implement effective sales plan, and cooperate with the sales director to achieve the sales goal within the responsible area.
- Review customer needs, pro-actively engage with the customer to validate the understanding of the needs.
- Analyze demand changes of customers, master industry development trends and competition, and provide suggestions to improve products and programs for the company.
- Keep good communication with customers, grasp customers’ needs,and provide customers with proactive, enthusiastic, satisfactory and professional financial services.
- Build, establish and grow long-term client relationships.
- keep accurate and up-to-date KYC records and client investor profiles.

**Rqquirement**
- Bachelor’s Degree in financial, economic and others relevant major are preferred.
- At least 1 year of financial or sales role, with fund qualification certificate or AFP / CFP / CFA qualification certificate is preferred; Banking background is preferred.
- Clear logical thinking, strong team spirit and executive ability.
- Strong learning ability, can accept new knowledge quickly and preach to customers, hard-working, passionate, strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance。
- Good personal appearance, strong expression ability, positive and optimistic, honest and kind, affinity, steady and generous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (as this role works closely with internal customers in China)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
