We are hiring a **Broadcast Technician**to support the livestream coverage of **basketball sports events**. You will be responsible for setting up and operating a single-camera livestream system for matches and ensuring smooth broadcast delivery to YouTube and other platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and tear down broadcasting equipment (camera, tripod, laptop) at sports venues
- Livestream basketball games using a single-camera setup to YouTube and RTMP endpoints
- Prepare and manage livestream overlays, titles, and scheduling
- Operate the camera and maintain stable stream quality throughout the event
- Manage content on YouTube channel and other broadcast platforms
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues on-site

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with livestream software**:OBS, vMix, or Wirecast**:

- Experience working in sports event environments
- Basic understanding of YouTube Studio and RTMP streaming
- Video or content management experience is a plus

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in livestreaming, AV setup, or sports event production
- Independent and proactive in high-paced, on-ground event settings
- Punctual and reliable—must be available on event days
- Good understanding of tech setup and basic networking
- Passion or background in sports is a bonus
