Manager level client facing consultants willing to take on a mix of both team development (both at DSS and at our clients), business development and project delivery. We think this mix gives you a strong foundation to rapidly build your consulting career at DSS.

**This Role Has Three Focus Areas**:
1. Team Development, you:

- Live and breathe our DSS Core Values and Mission Critical Behaviors, and coach others to do the same
- Are high energy and have a passion for results that is infectious within our team, and our clients
- Are a coach at heart, wanting to share your areas of expertise to see others develop and succeed
- Know how to leverage the broader team to get the best result
- Are curious - maintaining industry knowledge and trends
- Want to make things better - always looking for new insights and innovations to share with our clients, or new ways to do things

2.Project Delivery, you:

- Lead the team and drive the workplan to achieve results for our clients
- Are not afraid of ambiguity, can structure complex problems, and have a data driven approach to solve it
- Can effectively communicate (written and verbal) your work and influence senior stakeholders to get the best result
- Have a bias for action and get things done, knowing that the 80/20 principle is best
- Know there will be challenges, and can work through these professionally and pragmatically

3. Business Development, you:

- Are authentic and can easily build rapport and relate to our clients as individuals
- Want our clients to succeed, and as such, you’re focused on building long lasting trusted relationships
- Have a network of potential clients or potential employee contacts who highly respect you
- Can spot an opportunity for improvement, understand client challenges and can work with others (both clients and other colleagues) to co-design solutions
- Approach Business Development as a team sport working to develop and grow key accounts and industries

**Desirable Skills**

In our experience, skills that would support you in being successful in this role are:

- A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major (i.e. management or finance) or engineering
- Highly developed:Communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Networking skills to foster existing relationships and create new ones
- Project management / Time Management / Prioritisation Skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in:Management Consulting
- Business improvement or implementation experience
- Line based management roles with a desire to move into consulting
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
