• Create and cultivate relationships with clients based on capability and credibility;
• Identify and address client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, and manage engagements including preparing concise and accurate documentation;
• Assess, design and implement appropriate measures, technologies and processes to mitigate risks and provide demonstrable value to the client;
• Work with product vendors and service providers to understand offerings and strengths to develop pragmatic solutions for client challenges;
• Employ a quality approach to consulting delivery ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability;
• Lead and manage the sales cycle and contribute towards revenue targets;
• Manage project economics, quality and risks;
• Conduct research to maintain and expand knowledge on the latest landscape, technologies and standards;
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to growth and development of the organization.

• Possess university degree(s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic or other IT-related subjects;
• Possess knowledge and understanding of risks and their impact to the business and articulate the value of security solutions to an organization;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills for audiences of varying technical levels;
• 11 – 14 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management;

Strong preference for basic competency in two or more of the following areas:

• Security strategy, risk, and privacy management;
• IAM architecture, design, and blueprint, including experience with SailPoint, Ping, Micro Focus, Oracle, IBM, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Delinea, etc.;
• Identity lifecycle management, including provisioning/de-provisioning, governance certification, directories, etc.;
• Authentication and Access management, including SSO, 2FA, PKI, biometrics, RBAC, SOD, privileged access, etc.;
• Comfortable with Unix/Linux environments;
• Good programming skill in Java; other programming languages could be considered;
• Strong time management skills, self-directed, with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.

Note: Singaporean/ SPR will be given priority. Must have at least 3 years experience working in Singapore.
