**We are looking for mid careers professionals who are keen to develop a career as an external or independent HR Consultants.
**The following are some of the interesting areas of work as HR Consultant:
**HR Consultancy & Support Service**
- Provide general advisory services on Singapore's employment laws, local HR practices, typical compensation and benefits of employment.
- Review/Update HR Policies and Employee Handbook;
- Review/Advise Options for Benefits Management
- Advisory and Assistance in preparing the employment contracts for new hires, promotion and termination/dismissal letters for departing employees.
- Advise and Assist with MOM compliance matters on fair employment practices, Careerfuture job advertisements, retrenchment, termination and dismissal.
- Advise on employee grievance management and handling;
- Assist with hiring strategies including writing of appropriate job description for job advertisements for new recruits whenever necessary on your behalf to ensure compliance with fair employment practices;
- Advise on strategies with regard to performance and talent management;

**Recruitment Service**
- Manage relationships with new and existing clients;
- Conduct full cycle of recruitment process including drafting and placing job advertisement, shortlisting and conducting interviews.

**Payroll Outsourcing Service**
- Setup and administer monthly payroll process for clients using payroll software;
- Manage and process bonus, commissions, leaves, claims/expense management and reimbursements,
- Administration and submission of annual employees tax returns including tax clearance for departing foreign employees.

**Work Pass Application Service**
- Consult and provide advisory support to clients on the various types of work pass types, criteria and eligibility.
- Handle entire Work Pass Application process on behalf of clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 to 10 years of experience working in the corporate sector preferably in human resource management, business or corporate management or in providing professional services;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
