Salary and working hours:
From 52 hours/week (12-13 days off per month) to 70 hours/week (4 days off per month)

Work by shifts 6-12 hours from 11AM to 11PM

Basic Salary Ladder:

- $2,250 - during the 2-month probation
- $2,500 - automatically after the 2-month probation
- + $100 - automatically after each 1st January of each year if the Employee worked over six months before the 1st January of the coming year
- +$350 - may be given after 2 years by management decision
- +$350 - may be given after 4 years by management decision

Sales Commission Ladder:

- 3% - during the 2-month probation
- 3.5% - automatically after the 2-month probation
- 4% - automatically after the 1st January if the Employee worked over six months before 1st January of the coming year
- 4.5% - may be given after 2 years by the management decision
- 5% - may be given to the best employees by the management decision

Job Duties and Requirements:
Providing good customer service & sales
