We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales & Marketing Associate. The role involves handling day-to-day grocery shop operations, managing inventory, driving sales in-store and online, and promoting products through TikTok live selling and other social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Customer Service

  • Assist customers in-store, answer product queries, and provide excellent service.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.

  • Manage billing and cash/online payment transactions accurately.

  • Inventory & Store Management

  • Maintain stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure products are well displayed.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.

  • Online & Social Media Sales

  • Conduct TikTok live sales and other online promotional activities to engage customers.

  • Create content (videos, posts, stories) to showcase products and increase brand visibility.

  • Handle customer inquiries and online orders via social platforms.

  • Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in planning and executing promotions, discounts, and campaigns.

  • Support brand building and customer engagement activities both offline and online.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in retail sales / grocery / FMCG preferred.

  • Familiar with TikTok live selling or social media marketing.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems.

  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet targets.

  • Positive attitude, energetic, and customer-oriented.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time (including weekends and public holidays on rotation).

  • Flexible hours may be required for online sales events.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary + sales incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $1, $2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
