**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparing design, reports, drawings (3D and 3D modelling), designs, and technical specification
- Planning and overseeing projects
- Feasibility and technical studies including site investigation
- Site inspection when required (working time to suit project requirement)
- Liaising with client, authority, architect, engineer, contractor, and supplier for coordination and to resolve design and development issues
- Conduct research and data search (physical and electronic) on topics and Capstone projects (in-house or with other tertiary institutions)
- Making sure the project compliance with the latest code of practice and legal requirement

- Minimum qualification - Polytechnic graduate with Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE or DCEB) or recognized university in Singapore with 1-year of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Able to perform engineering hand calculation to EC (EC2, EC3, EC5) (engineering design software, Staad. Pro, will be provided)
- CAD skills (BIM capability with point cloud processing preferred)
- Class 3 driving license (preferred)
- Non-claustrophobic, nor afraid of dark or height as the work involves access to confined spaces and external façade (preferred)
