What you'll be doing

  • Designing and developing engineering plans and technical specifications for a range of civil and structural projects
  • Conducting site inspections, analysing data, and identifying potential design improvements
  • Collaborating with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Providing technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the construction process
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of our engineering processes

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in civil or structural design, preferably within the construction industry, fresh grad are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in using engineering design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations, codes, and standards
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
