**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare reports, writes ups, design calculations and technical specifications;
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings;
- Planning and overseeing projects;
- Feasibility and technical studies including site investigation;
- Site inspection and investigation when required (working time to suit project requirement);
- Liaising with client, authority, architect, engineer, contractor and supplier for coordination and to resolve design and development issues;
- Conduct research and data search (physical and electronic) on topics and Capstone Project (in-house or with other tertiary institutions);
- Ensure project compliance with latest Code of Practice and legal requirements;
- To attend training courses arranged by the company.

- Recognised by Professional Engineer Board Singapore (PEB); Other Built Environment Degrees (Degrees in Building, Environment Engineering, Architecture etc.) will be considered;
- Able to perform engineering hand calculation to BS and/or EC code of practice (BS 8110, BS 5950, EC2, EC3 and EC5) is an added point;
- CAD skills (BIM capability with point cloud processing preferred);
- Willing to travel and station overseas.
