Associate, Strategic Digital Assets Solutions

**About the role**

We are looking for an **Associate, Strategic Digital Assets Solutions,** to join our growing, high impact team in our office in Singapore. The Strategic Digital Assets Solutions team helps companies in the blockchain, Web3 and crypto space achieve their capital raising goals through evaluating and structuring equity, debt or token offers and running fundraising programs. We perform the critical task of connecting investors with growing companies developing innovative business models and technologies.

**What we offer**:

- Support the Strategic Digital Assets Solutions team for deal execution for a range of deal types, including but not limited to capital raising in traditional instruments (e.g, equity fundraising) and/or token instruments (e.g. NFTs, non-security tokens).
- Assist in various stages of deal execution, including transaction due diligence, dataroom management, strategic communications with investors, etc.
- Understanding of various traditional and web3 valuation methodologies with the ability to build financial models, incorporating “tokenomics” considerations.
- Actively participate in the origination and ideation of innovative tokenization commercial use cases to strategically address the challenges our clients face.
- Assist in preparation of external client materials and pitchbooks.
- Conduct thematic research to generate insights on Web 3.0 market trends and sector landscape.
- Prepare reports and materials for the executive board and new business board for internal approvals for new deals. Support internal management reporting on team activities.

**What you offer**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and/or Corporate Finance.
- Prior experience and understanding of investor roadshow process for private market fundraising.
- Be a self-starter, able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently while helping to develop business.
- Strong passion for the digital asset space with awareness of developments in tokenization, defi, and broader blockchain/Web3 ecosystem.
- Strong, business-level written and verbal communication skills in English; business-level Mandarin is also preferred.
- Strong client-facing skills with a variety of client and investor types.
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Committed to high standards of deliverables with strong attention to detail.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a leading university.
- Passed, or be prepared to pass, the CMFAS Module 4: Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services.

- Experience working with start-ups or fintech companies
