We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Planning & Insight to lead our planning and insights team. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.

**Your Role**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**: Develop and implement the overall planning and insights strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring effective resource allocation and prioritization of initiatives.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and integration of insights into business plans.
- ** Market Research**: Lead market research efforts to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
- ** Regional initiative project leading**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
- ** Team Development**: Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience in a planning, insights, or analytics role, with a strong track record of driving business results.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
