**Purpose of Role**:
The Human Resources Rookie will be part of the SAPAC HR team, supporting day-to-day operations and assisting in the administration of various HR policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with Singapore’s laws, standards, and regulations.

**Your Impact**:

- Work closely with HRBPs to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards, and government regulations.
- Provide administrative support, as needed, to the HR Director/General Manager and HRBPs, including creating and maintaining organizational charts, scheduling, coordination, and preparation for key meetings.
- Support both retail and corporate employee life cycle processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and advisories.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition initiatives such as the Rookie Program, Campus Fairs, Employee Referral Program, employer branding initiatives, and other related projects.
- Gather documentation for terminations and resignations, and ensure timely return and processing of all relevant documents.
- Assist with onboarding new teammates in collaboration with the recruiter, onboarding team, and hiring manager.
- Schedule and/or conduct exit interviews; analyze data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage teammate engagement activities and recognition programs to support retention.
- Promote and maintain a positive teammate experience, and help drive the UA culture across all levels of the business unit.
- Perform office management duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong interest in Human Resources is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong multitasking skills and a good sense of urgency, with effective time management
- Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
- Independent learner who is open to guidance from seniors and managers within the organization
- Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
