**Responsibilities**:

- Reports to the Senior Manager, Finance & HR and working closely with the Finance and Audit Committee, to ensure good corporate and finance governance, and compliance with regulations and SOPs.
- Assist with the coordination and managing of external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of the corporate finance functions.
- Work closely with the Company’s appointed vendor for the timely preparation of the Company’s accounts and statements for reporting and audit purposes.
- Prepare the Company’s finances including processing daily transactions, collecting and receiving payments according to the Company’s funding requirements, updating data and transactions into the system, preparation of cash flow statements and budget.
- Perform financial analysis and reporting, including financial performance forecasts.
- Assist with Company budget and track budget utilisation.
- Assist with regulatory reporting, GST and tax return filing (if required).
- Assist with periodic accounting reconciliations and review of Company accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing. Track and monitor various project and service invoicing and facilities’ bookings to ensure payment is collected promptly and reconciled.
- Assist with grant claims processes to ensure timely grant submission, audits and grant claims.
- Assist with all general administrative matters pertaining to the Company.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance
- 1-2 years experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Resourceful, meticulous, and an excellent problem solver
- Possess good organisation and analytical skills
- Ability to exercise discretion in handling sensitive Finance matters
- Forward-looking and results-oriented
- Short notice or immediate availability preferred
