**Job Description**:

- Assist VP in Offshore Sales, especially in Shanghai & China
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Ability to understand & speak Shanghai Dialect
- Able to create a chinese contract for Chinese clients
- Produce reports, summaries, communications and other information for management.
- Handle requests for information, most of which are highly confidential, preparing all correspondences.
- Maintain appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Participate in contracts negotiation to secure the best business deals.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Willing to travel often
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Degree with at least 8 years' experience in similar position
- Business Management skills
- Previous experience working in a large company (preferably international) with various teams and organizations inside and outside the Company.
- Very high level in Chinese & English, other languages is an advantage
- Must be able to do translation from English to Chinese, Chinese to English
- Proficient in all Office software
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong time-management and organization skills
- Basic business, commercial and marketing understanding
- Analytical ability and ability to analyze markets and databases
- Relevant features: efficient, with initiative, motivated, forward-looking, tidy and organized, representative, service-oriented, excellent interpersonal relations and high emotional intelligence, assertive
