**Job Description
General
- To lead the Recruitment Team in running the end-to-end operations and be responsible for the recruitment of students for flying training to meet the recruitment KPI targets.
- To oversee the recruitment and selection of students to ensure that they meet required standards and recruitment protocols.

Leadership
- To motivate and educate staff and SYFC publicity ambassadors in the delivery of services and engagement to stakeholders.
- To implement control measures to ensure the Recruitment Team provide accurate and consistent service standards to stakeholders.
- To adopt best practices and build the soft skills and required competencies of the Recruitment Team.

External Liaison / School Engagement
- To build strong partnerships with external agencies and educational institutions to facilitate student recruitment functions.
- To assist the Strategic Communications Officer (SCO) in planning and executing the internal and external communication strategies.
- To develop and strategise publicity plans for promoting SYFC brand awareness and coordinate media features and media releases as required.
- To stay abreast of new trends and identify alternative resourcing platforms to attract students and fulfil recruitment functions.

Compliance
- To ensure the accuracy and protection of personal data in the student database of the Recruitment section.
- To review and ensure the Recruitment Manual is regularly reviewed and kept up to date.
- To oversee and monitor the inventory records, finances and budget allocated for the required expenditures in the recruitment budget.

Others
- To analyse recruitment statistics and provide regular updates to management.
- To undertake the duties of the SCO in his/her absence.
- To carry out any secondary duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
- Knowledge on IT softwares and usage of social media platforms for publicity activities will be an added advantage

**Other Information**
- Five-day work week (Tue to Sat, 8am to 5pm)
- Uniform (polo-tee) provided
- Work location at SYFC (Seletar area)
