This includes a comprehensive portfolio of Business Analytics to provide SCM decision makers relevant recommendations for improvements and actions.

**Your responsibilities**:
Risk Management and Business Continuity:

- Drive risk management (incl. tool landscape) leveraging advanced data analytics allowing to establish a more resilient supply chain.
- Identify and monitor implementation of risk mitigation actions.
- Run SCM crisis and task force on a continuous basis and support Businesses to establish a more resilience supply base.
- Drive SCM Cyber Security activities in close collaboration with “Contracting and Partner Management “as well as “Strategic Sourcing Methods” (run).

Business Analytics:

- Consolidate and maintain Group Function SCM dashboards and non-financial reports (SCM cockpit).
- Run supply market intelligence analysis and reporting to provide.
- Business Units early indicators for a changing environment.
- Evolve and maintain SCM budgeting guideline supporting Business Units in their budgeting and forecasting process.

**Your background**:

- Minimum 15 years of relevant business experience.
- Superior data analytics skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, able to engage different teams of people working on a common business analytics approach.
- Very good understanding of SCM day-to-day challenges.
- Experience in working within a matrix organization, able to influence people without direct reporting lines.
- Fluent in English.Cultural sensitivity and work experience in an international environment.
