Job scope
- Assisting senior procurement executive
- Assisting in ordering goods (purchase orders)
- Assisting in receiving goods - unpacking parcels and prepare relevant documentation (taking down serial number, good receipt note) and
- Assisting in handling goods for customers or to site for project - Packing, handling and prepare relevant documentation (handover note)
- Deliveries to our customer
- Assist senior procurement for managing warehouse stocks, aware of stocks quantities in warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experiences
- Have driving license
- Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
- Able to communicate and write in English and Chinese
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Diligence and attention to detail, willing to learn industry hardware requirements/specification for company’s product/project
- Good working attitude, team player and discipline to follow procedures.
- Working hours - 5 days, 9am - 6pm
