Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently.

Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer the solution.

Create/track/close incidents or problem related to business systems using IT service management tools.

Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement.

Establish knowledge databse, maintain and update technical support documentation.

【Job Requirement】

College Diploma or above in IT, Computer Science, Information Technology or other IT related qualifications.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role

Fluent in English.

Service orientated, meticulous and able to work in a team environment, have the strong learning ability and keep focus in a fast paced environment.

Able to collect requirement from relevant departments, analyze it with IT engineers in the loop and give feedback to demand side.

Have the ability to communicate or cooperate with different teams to solve IT problems and track it continually end to end.

Any operational work experience about Ecommerce or Customer Relationship Management system are preferred.

**Salary**: $2,521.79 - $4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT support: 1 year (preferred)
