Sloshed Group currently operates several outlets covering five concepts. Quaich Bar (2 outlets) and Signature Reserve with whisky as the main theme, and The Other Room and The Other Roof which are cocktail bars.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Assists to oversee the entire floor day to day operations.
- Ensures & oversee all duties are performed according to organization standard.
- Follows up on cashier's report. Close pre check & other registers, follow required closing procedures.
- Reports & rectifies any maintenance problems.
- Reviews the following day menu, specials & staff schedule.
- Inspects dining room for cleanliness & safety Communicate information.
- Maintains a high level of service & professionalism at all times.
- Makes recommendations & provide information about food, wines & spirits
- Follows up on special requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 2 years and above of work experience as a Floor Captain in F&B Restaurant/Bar/Fine Dining Restaurant.
- Positive, motivated, passionate and seeks opportunities to be multi-skilled and trained.
- Team player, who values teamwork and has good team-building skills.
- Enjoy working in fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent communication skills, a proactive problem solver.
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
- Guest driven, outgoing and friendly.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
