Role Overview
As a
Restaurant Captain / Floor Supervisor , you are a key leader on the service floor. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, lead by example, and provide exceptional hospitality that reflects our brand’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure smooth, efficient service and uphold restaurant standards
Deliver warm, attentive guest service throughout the entire dining experience
Supervise and support service staff, fostering a positive, team-oriented environment
Take guest orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Actively promote menu items and provide thoughtful recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and mise-en-place across the floor and service stations
Resolve guest concerns promptly, escalating when necessary
Conduct regular checks on equipment, supplies, and inventory
Participate in training programs and support team development
Lead by example in professionalism, grooming, and conduct
What We’re Looking For

Experience : 3+ years in a supervisory/service role in a high-end restaurant
️
Education : Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus
️
Communication : Strong English skills, both spoken and written
️
Leadership : Proven ability to manage a team with a positive and proactive approach
️
Mindset : Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
️
Flexibility : Able to work weekends, public holidays, and adapt to evolving environments
️
Presentation : Professional grooming and a polished personal style
️
Passion : A love for hospitality, food, and creating memorable experiences
