We are looking for a committed **Restaurant Captain**to join our front of house team and contribute to a dining experience that is refined, grounded, and quietly memorable.

**Job Title: Captain (Service Team)**

The **Captain**plays a key role working in the front-of-house team to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Working closely with the **Outlet Manager (OM)**, you’ll help with daily operations on the floor, and ensure every guest enjoys a thoughtful and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Operations & Service**
- Work closely with the team to deliver smooth, attentive service—from greeting and seating guests, to taking orders, explaining menu items, and processing payments, all with the guest experience in mind.
- Help drive the team towards meeting sales goals while upholding consistent, high standards of hospitality.
- Be confident in sharing knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and making thoughtful sake recommendations.
- Track and report daily sales and menu performance insights to the Outlet Manager.
- Assist other Nozomi outlets when needed, depending on operational requirements.
- Carry out pre-service and closing checks to ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, promptly reporting any issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the OM with inventory management and overall day-to-day coordination of service.

**2. Other Duties**
- Take on any additional tasks assigned by the Outlet Manager to support the team and improve operations.
