**Senior Executive (Learning Solutions & Learning Management Systems)**:
**Responsibilities**
- Identify skill gaps and perform learning needs analysis to propose workplace learning solution, curriculum design and technology-enabled learning delivery
- Conduct research on skills mapping and design effective blended programmes for adult learners to address learning needs
- Interpret key trends in CET, understand external drivers and learning landscape for SMEs enterprise
- Implement and administer the Learning Management Systems (LMS) by managing and maintaining all areas, content, and user configuration within the LMS.
- Conduct teaching observation and conduct feedback to Adult Educators/ Instructors on their performance.
- Analyse post course evaluation reports and identify areas of improvement to keep courses current and relevant.
- Implement course and SOP updates/revisions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Full certification in WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) / Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP) is required
