**Job Summary**

**Finance executive responsible for AP function and cash flow planning**

**Responsibilities**:
**Responsible for Treasury and bank operations, includes**:

- Cashflow forecast and planning.
- Preparation weekly cash flow report, monthly working capital report.
- Coordinating with A/R team for cashflow forecast.
- Treasury and working capital management reporting.

**Oversee A/P assistant for invoice recording activities**:

- Processing of invoices and scheduling for monthly payment
- Vendor creation and updating vendor master records.
- AP vendor reconciliation.
- Payment summary report.
- Oversee A/P assistant for invoice recording activities.
- Bank reconciliation and bank transactions monitoring.
- Intercompany transactions and balances reconciliation.
- Prepare schedule for quarterly GST reporting.
- Consolidating monthly staff reimbursement.
- Assist with internal/external audit requirements.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by FM.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with using Excel.
- Experience with SAP/Navision is a plus
- Preferably able to start work at short notice.
