**Job description**
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Handle reservation arrangements
- Usher customers to assigned dining or bar areas
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
- Maintain a clean host area
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Assist wait staff as needed
- Engage and build a relationship with the customer to create a memorable experience for the customer
- Arrange the seating of customers
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Working hours: from evening until 3-4am / 5 or 6 days a week.

**Requirement**
- **Fun and bubbly**
- Previous work experience as a Hostess preferred
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Experience in managing reservations
- Demonstrable customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Strong organisational skills
- Singaporean only
