As a in house HR and Administration officer, you will be responsible for providing support to HR projects and process in the organization, as well as be responsible for operation and administration function of the organization.

**HR Function**
- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data
- Preparation of employment contracts, confirmation letters, exit docs, etc
- Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process always supports a positive employee experience
- Handle submission of government-paid claims, e.g., Childcare leave, Paternity Leave etc
- Assist in all on-boarding and off-boarding related matters
- Support orientation programmes
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Handling recruitment and selection activities including arrangement for interviews
- Initiate and monitor learning and development procedure of staffs
- Calendar scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Provide HR advisory to facilitate employee queries
- Liaise with training providers on course registration and payment matters
- Handle internship administration (contracts, payments. etc.)
- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements

**Admin Function**
- General admin duties - mail, reception, and office facilities
- Initiate and organize company events, employee communication and welfare/engagement activities to increase staff morale/team spirits and productivity.
- Coordinate, arrange and facilitate meetings, prepare equipment for meetings
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc
- Any other duties as the company may require from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HR and administration role.
- Flexible and adaptable to organization changes and management changing needs.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act & Practices and MoM rules.
- Experience working with HR information systems.
- Proactive, responsible, positive attitude, resourceful, and independent
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in handling travel arrangements
