As our **Enterprise Architect**, you will lead the design of our information system, crossing silos to foster efficiency, balancing short
- & long-term goals, innovation & technical debt reduction. You will manage the Enterprise Architecture practice in Asia, form a team of experts and lead a community of like-minded architects and tech leads across Asia.

**Enterprise Architecture**
- You will create and lead the Regional Center of Expertise for Architecture. You will form a team of seasoned Enterprise Architects to drive integration patterns, software engineering, data architecture, etc. You will work with our EA teams globally to align on EA and realize synergies
- You will create and maintain the Technology Blueprint, the Capabilities mapping and the Applications lifecycle. Doing so, you will ensure the alignment and synergies with Sephora Group and LVMH while protecting Sephora Asia local differences
- You will create and maintain a multi-year roadmap to get to the EA vision either through normal projects or specific ones to evolve the architecture
- You will Develop the communities of practice on the strategic architectural and technology topics like Data, Integration, Software Engineering, DevSecOps, Lean Agile Software Product Development, etc.
- You will define and lead the Architecture Board Process
**Technology for Business**
- You will play a role in the overall IT strategy, actively contributing to the architecture vision and roadmap
- You will create and maintain the Technology Radar that will keep Sephora Architecture Runway ready for any Business opportunity. You will own the technology selection process across the region, in a close relationship with the global teams of Sephora and LVMH Group
- You will develop a deep understanding of our business processes and strategy, and ensure the best fit-for-purpose of the solutions that the teams select or develop
- You will instill the right and modern product and software development practices and tools across the 30 squads that currently are developing or integrating solutions in Sephora Asia
- Hands-on, you will be able to step in, drive innovation and assist or lead initiatives that need your experience to succeed
- You will work hand in hand with the CISO to translate security strategy into architecture designs and policy
**Manage and influence, nurture new ways of working, deploy Enterprise frameworks**
- You will promote Lean and Agile at Scale in the Enterprise
- You will contribute the Data Governance Practice implementation
- You will educate and influence Product teams to drive their backlog with the right Data-Driven, Outcome-Driven mindset
**We would love to hear from you if**
- You have at least 15 years of proven experience in retail omnichannel architecture and development (Store systems, e-Commerce, POS, OMS, CRM, ERP, BPM, Data, BI).
- You have strong business acumen.
- You have certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Archimate.
- You have excellent written and verbal communications.
- You have experience with working with global teams.
- You can work independently in a distributed, dynamic, fast-paced environment.
