Singapore ITC REFRIGERATION PTE. LTD. Full time

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Install, maintain and repairs mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and/ or manually operated components and equipment associated with the operation of large scale HVAC + R systems
- Perform repair, servicing and maintenance of chillers, compressors and other HVAC equipment (including brazing, leak test etc)
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown technical support and maintenance
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble HVAC components (e.g., pumps, impellers, compressors, chillers, receivers, evaporators) to return equipment to working condition
- Use air conditioning and refrigeration principles and theories (e.g., refrigeration cycle, heat transfer laws, airflow calculations) to determine repair strategy (e.g. carrying out detailed heat load calculations & pump head and static pressure calculations)
- Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints & scheduling maintenance or repairs
- Attend to customers' emergency calls as and when necessary
- Document servicing details
- Contribute to providing cost effective and viable solutions to clients
- Incorporate safe work procedures in all aspects of the job while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ensure timely completion of projects with minimum downtime
- Inspecting inventory and reporting inconsistencies as well as ordering more inventory when necessary
- Coordinates the scheduling of third-party contractors and manages contractor personnel while on-site
- HVAC equipment selection for clients
- Perform other duties as and when assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ACMV/HVAC related field, trouble-shooting & service-repair of refrigeration systems and chillers
- Possess technical knowledge in chillers and HVAC equipment
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and customer-centric skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
