We are looking for a Freelance Finance Associate to join our dynamic team, learning and contributing to the daily financial supporting processes cross function between account payable and receivable. You will help to reconcile, update and monitor the relevant financial schedule for team members analysis.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Accounts Payable
- Assist in recording vendor invoices into Xero
- Perform intercompany billing and monthly monitoring
- Monthly recurring purchase order submission
- Accounts Receivable
- Perform daily collection reconciliation into Xero
- Assist in daily bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly reporting, and audit preparation
- Working closely with our internal team to support compliances requirements, such as drafting audit schedules, compile samples requested by auditors & tax agents
- Exposure to Month-end closing process
- Exposure to financial compliance and bank relations
- Assist in any ad hoc finance matters tasked from time to time

**The skills, attitude, and experience we require are**:

- Diploma or University Undergraduate in Finance, Accounting or relevant field is preferred
- Basic understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
- Hands-on experience with an accounting software and/or Excel is a plus
- Good team player, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Well organised, proactive & responsible

**Commitment**:

- 6 months freelance contract
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
