**What you’ll do**
- Support in managing Klook's localization program, end to end Localization Projects and large cross-functional initiatives working closely with language specialists, internal business partners, external vendors and other departments
- Manage a team of linguists across APAC markets (mainly SEA markets) to drive localization strategy centrally according to the overall company directions
- Set up projects in the CAT tool, resolve CAT-tool related issues and address knowledge gaps
- Proactively identify and prioritize technical and process issues that affect localized product relevancy, quality, and functionality
- Partner with vendors to ensure that the right resources are in place and all deliveries are completed at the expected standards
- Source and manage of freelance linguists and vendors, plan capacity (both in-house and external) and monitor against plan to ensure scalability of Klook content operations
- Create and analyze reports of localization data, to identify patterns and derive insights through large volumes of data around volume, quality, cost, turnaround time and productivity
- Write, edit, review and maintain localization process documents
**What you’ll need**
- 4+ years experience as Localization Project / Program Manager in a fast paced role with accountability for delivering projects with multiple components and multiple partners and collaborators
- Experience working with TMS (e.g. Smartling, XTM, Smartcat, etc.), CMS and other translation and content management tools
- Experience in people management, ideally with remote direct reports
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Passionate about Klook and our mission

- Ability to multi-task / handle several projects simultaneously
- Fantastic skills with stakeholder engagement at all levels of an organization - someone who can communicate equally as effectively to a core project team and C-Suite executives
