**What You Will Do**
- Create discretionary trading strategies based on in-depth research of blockchain projects
- Assist research specialists to cross validate investment themes, by means of collecting and analyzing historical market data
- Design and deploy algorithmic trading strategies using proprietary automated trading infrastructure, calibrate and fine tune the performance on a continuous basis
- Conduct risk management and portfolio optimization
- Provide reporting on daily market sentiment, risk exposure, and PnL
- Conduct post trade analysis of trading strategies and algo performance

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor degree in preferably Mathematics / Statistics/ Computer Science/ Financial Engineering
- 1-5 years of quantitative research/trading experience, preferably in trading digital assets with smaller market capitalization
- Participation in blockchain project research with solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and DeFi protocols
- Good quantitative and analytical skills, and proficiency in back-testing/simulation
- Programming skills in Python, C++ or Java is preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and/or remotely in a distributed team
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a dynamic environment
- Fluent in both English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with colleagues across different regions would be ideal
