Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst, Trading Operational Excellence to optimize our trading operations, enhance workflows, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency and performance. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of trading operations and drive strategic insights for process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Trading Operations & Process Improvement
- Analyze and optimize trading workflows, ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in trading operations, implementing process improvements and automation solutions.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor key trading performance metrics, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Generate actionable insights through data-driven analysis to improve trade execution, liquidity, and operational resilience.
- Work with data engineering teams to build dashboards, reports, and analytics tools for real-time decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Strategic Execution
- Act as a bridge between trading, product, and technology teams to drive cross-functional alignment on operational strategies.
- Support the implementation of new trading products, ensuring operational readiness and risk mitigation.
- Lead and document operational process changes, providing training and guidance to relevant teams.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline trading operations and reduce manual intervention.
- Work with developers to design and implement system enhancements that improve trade lifecycle management.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a trading, financial services, or cryptocurrency environment.
- Strong understanding of trading operations, financial markets, and digital assets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and operational risk management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, or high-frequency trading environments.
- Knowledge of trading algorithms, market microstructure, and liquidity management.
