Freight Forwarding Operations

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive "Freight Forwarding Operations" to manage end-to-end coordination of international and domestic shipments (sea/air freight).
**Key Responsibilities**:
Quotation Preparation:
Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations for clients based on shipment details, routes, modes of transport, and vendor pricing.
Vendor Coordination:
Communicate and negotiate with carriers, warehouses, and transport providers to arrange timely pick-up, delivery, and storage of cargo.
Notice of Arrival (NOA):
Issue timely and accurate notices of arrival to clients and relevant stakeholders, ensuring all documentation and information are properly shared.
Client Communication:
Maintain strong and professional communication with clients, providing shipment updates, resolving inquiries, and managing expectations.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all operational processes comply with customs regulations and company policies; maintain up-to-date shipment records.
Problem Resolution:
Address operational issues or delays quickly by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
**Requirements**:
・Proven experience in freight forwarding (Preferable 3-4 years related above jobs tasks)
・Mandarin / Fluent in English
・Knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms
・Strong communication and negotiation skills
・Proficiency in MS Office
・Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
・Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
