We’re looking for a leader who is passionate about programmes that empower young girls and women to be changemakers for a better world and ready and willing to drive through strategic change as we modernise and our Training, Programme and Unit Development (TPUD) department at Girl Guides Singapore (GGS).

**Leadership, People Management and Programme Oversight**:
Build a strong, innovative and purpose-filled department. The Head of TPUD oversees all aspects of training, programmes and unit development work in GGS, coordinating with the various Commissioners to develop frameworks and drive key efforts to meet the strategic goals of the organisation including, strengthening the quality of the Girl Guiding experience, enhancing programmes and building leadership capacity among all members.

This role reports to the Executive Director and is part of the GGS Management Team, sharing collective responsibility to deliver the organisation’s strategy and vision by focusing on developing programmes and delivering training of the best quality to all girl and adult members
