We’re seeking a **Client Relations Specialist** to be the trusted guide for our clients—listening closely, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service that fosters clarity, trust, and long-term growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and concerns
- Build and nurture strong relationships through active listening, empathy and timely communication
- Provide tailored solutions and support that align with client priorities and long-term success
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Track client satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain high retention
- Support onboarding, follow-up and ongoing engagement initiatives
- Represent the company at events, workshops and community activities

**What You Bring and Gain**
- 1-3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or account management
