Some things that you would be doing:
Preparing of Invoice
Support Ops staff on paper work
Maintain proper data in company files
Follow up on payments / receivables
Prepare month end statements for clients
Data entry and filing
Replenish office expendables
We are located in the west region of Singapore, near to Pioneer MRT.
Working hours:
9am - 6pm Mon - Friday
9am - 6pm Sat ( Alternate Sat off)
Lunch and teabreak provided daily
