Business Consultant

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Business Consultant is end-to-end accountable for sales compensation experience of the sales force, through strong business governance and proactive engagement with HPE Management.

We are hiring for **Business Consultant** to join the team. Reporting to the Business Consulting Manager he/she is responsible for business engagement between teams such as Sales Compensation and the Sales functions in Hewlett Packard Enterprise and highly analytical, and be able to manage escalations and meet deadlines.

**_Responsibilities:

- **
- As a single point of contact for Country MD, Sales Managers, Finance, HR and Legal in supporting sales compensation related matters;
- Working with internal Sales Compensation Operation, Business Account Manager, Compliance, Data Team and Plan Design to ensure completeness and accurate payment to country reps on timely basis;
- Analysis and present quarterly sales performance review to Country business stakeholders;
- Provide guidance to backend support team in execution monthly sales commissions calculation and other sales incentives;
- Communicate sales compensation plans with Sales Managers and Sales employees on annual basis;
- Consolidate information to support investigation/findings and resolution of commission claims and account analysis;
- Provides training to sales employees and new hires to understand their compensation plans on periodic basis;
- Active participation for systems migration and drives changes

**_Education and Experience Required:

- **
- University Degree or Master’s in Business, Economics, Finance or related field;
- Possess 3-5 years of sales compensation related experience in big organization;
- Able to handle complex/dynamic fast pace environment and manage senior management.

**_Knowledge and Skills:

- **
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills
- Ideally experience in administering and maintaining sales compensation plans, tools and systems
