What are you required to do?
Reception
- Responsible for parents’ enquiries (phone/walk-in)
- To prepare Registration Form and assist parents with registration at the counter/over phone
- To collect payment when required
- Orientate new students
- Assist with material preparation
Administrative
- Maintaining proper records and ensure data accuracy
- Update parents’ and students’ particulars
- Follow up on payment reminders when required
- Prepare materials for distribution
- Make up classes arrangement
- Books sales record upkeep, distribution and payment collection (for onsite purchase)
Housekeeping
- Housekeeping of the centre (ie general sanitisation)
- Stock up of housekeeping items as required
Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Working Hours:
- Onsite: Saturday & Sunday: 10:00am to 6:30pm
- Remote: Monday to Friday: Flexible hours
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
