Recognized as an established market leader and innovator - 2020 CB Insights Top 100 Innovator in Retail - we are looking for a self-starter to join us as **Senior Manager, Strategy and Investor Relations. **Reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence ViSenze’s fundraise strategy, investor relations and growth plans globally, and make your mark in one of the world’s leading AI technology companies in retail.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting the CEO in developing a robust fund-raising strategy as well as framework to build a compelling investor relations roadmap. You will also get the opportunity to actively source, engage, and deepen relationships with potential and existing investors
- Produce and maintain high quality IR marketing materials including PPMs, pitch decks and any other analysis and/or collateral required
- Work with the CEO, CFO and finance team to develop high quality investor reporting materials, board materials including financial and SaaS metrics etc
- Build, maintain and run simulations on financial models - incorporating SaaS and PLG metrics, as well as maintaining the data room
- Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with investors, external advisors and consultants on strategic projects, so the ability to be adaptable, professional, creative, and thorough are necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of equity raising and/or investment banking experience; a corporate finance background preferred
- Strong financial modeling and excellent presentation skills
- Experience in the technology landscape is preferred
- Data driven with an uncanny eye for details
- An independent ability to work both on your own and collaboratively
