**Community Partnership Intern**

We are looking for someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills and is enthused by different stakeholders collaborating for greater good in the community. We are looking to increase our engagement with the community in the towns of Woodlands, Toa Payoh and Tampines and to avail resources from community partners to improve the general and mental well-being of vulnerable children, youths, seniors and their families in the estate. The intern will undertake the following: - Assist with volunteer outreach & recruitment efforts, such as engagement with school & youth group partners, working with volunteer managers to deploy volunteers and conduct briefing for volunteers - Based on the presenting needs of the vulnerable children, seniors, youth and their families, co-create and pilot signature volunteer programmes that will improve their well-being. - Work with appropriate and relevant stakeholders to plan, organise, outreach to residents, run and evaluate the programmes - Collect relevant data and analyse the data - Make recommendations on the viability and sustainability of the community programmes. - other administrative tasks as required Care Corner's mission is to build hope and promote the well-being of individuals and families in community through social and health care services. The internship will provide you with an opportunity to experience social innovation as part of our preventive work to uplift the vulnerable in our community and learn how to make a sustainable impact in the community.

Roles & Responsibility:
1) Volunteer Recruitment and Deployment. 2) Signature Volunteer Programmes Planning and Execution 3) Training & Curriculum Development - Assist with the preparation of training materials - Providing onsite support during training 4) Events Management - Provide support and assistance in preparation, execution and operations of events 5) Administrative duties - Includes, but not limited to collation of reports, maintaining volunteer database, upkeep of website and data entry, and any other work assigned by the supervisor

Requirement:

**Qualifications**:
No minimum education (open to A-level graduates, Polytechnic students are welcome to apply)

Working days Monday - Fridays and Saturdays (as required on demand of the project)
