- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive sales performance to meet targets and maintain client relationships.
- Engage in B2B sales activities, identifying new opportunities and guiding them to closure.
- Collaborate with business partners and work with the internal AV Design Team to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Negotiate pricing with partners to ensure competitive bidding.
- Compile and deliver weekly sales reports (specific to Assistant Sales Manager role).
- Aid in managing relationships with manufacturers for audio and related solutions.
- Target primary markets within the hospitality and education sectors.
- Seek and establish partnerships for audio solutions to broaden offerings for existing clients.
- Focus solutions on Pro Audio Solutions for large venues such as theatres and auditoriums.

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in the AV Industry.
- Proven sales experience in a B2B setting and project-based environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Pro sound solutions for large venues, Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, and telephony solutions is an added advantage.
