**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handling the payroll processing in compliance with the legal requirements
- Coordinate with various departments on payroll related documents, such as overtime payment and overtime records, Annual leave & medical leave form, travel allowance, etc.
- Ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately
- Arrange approval for salary disbursement, giro upload, CPF and income tax submission for local and foreign staff.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Responsible for maintaining and updating employees' data and ensuring proper documentation and filing of all payroll records.
- Responsible for tax filings and clearance for foreign workers.
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits, manpower placement and taxation.
- Work closely with HR colleagues on personnel movement to ensure filing the tax returns on a timely manner
- Handle all payroll matters and queries from employees on a timely manner
- Assist and support daily human resources operations when required
- Responsible for NS Make-up Pay, Government-Paid Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, Parental Claims and other claims.
- Liaise with internal, external auditors
- Honours confidentiality of employees' pay records
- Assist in Annual Performance Appraisal procedures.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor degree/diploma holder in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in payroll administration with knowledge of accounting
- Good PC skills such as MS Office
- Committed, meticulous and good team player.
- Working knowledge of Info-Tech system will be an advantage
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law such as Singapore Employment Act, CPF and Income Tax legislation, government paid leave claim process
- Able to handle high work volume of work and able to meet deadline.
