Warehouse Process Expert

- As a Warehouse Process Expert, you will be responsible for the effective of operations of the warehouse and inventory management which includes receiving, verifying, put away, picking, issuing, labelling, packing and shipping of the materials compliance to safety and cGMP requirements.**Key Responsibilities**
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring receiving and put-away of materials and drug substance in a timely manner; Goods Receipt (GR) is performed accurately in SAP, Labels are printed and pasted as per SOP and Materials are put-away in the correct locations using barcode scanner or manually if required.
- Processing of Process Orders or Transfer Order in a timely manner; Material issuance transactions is performed accurately in SAP, Performs picking using barcode scanner or manually if required, Transferring the material to PU as per SOP.
- To support & coordinate the sampling plan of raw material with QCRM as per SOP and coordinating sample shipments for RM & DS with QCRM, QC lab and service providers
- Participate and support to develop and update of standard operating procedures, forms and logbooks in a timely manner and ensure timely execution and closure of compliance activities such as deviations, CAPAs, QD, QM, etc. and Risk Assessment for all warehouse activities.
- Housekeeping and to maintain good 5S for optimum warehouse operations
- Ensure inventory cycle count & to maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with Planning on delivery schedule and return of rejected materials.
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and traceability to support poisons license requirements including inventory management and operations in 3rd party warehouse, through cycle counting, periodic stock taking and poison license reporting, etc.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Education ideally with technical degree or with focus on logistics
- Experience: More than 6-8 years of experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in warehouse operations with pharmaceutical background and GMP working environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse management system
- Understanding of Barcode Management system

Working with SAP, Excel- Very good coordination and communication skills; stakeholder management skills
- Self-management and self-organization ability
