Logistics Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, the Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for leading daily inbound, storage, order fulfillment, and outbound processes for multiple customers.

The successful candidate will ensure accurate stock segregation and compliance with customer-specific handling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a multi-client capable Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time dispatch, inventory accuracy, and storage utilization.

Resource & Space Optimization

  • Plan warehouse layout, racking, and zones to meet multi-storage space requirements.
  • Optimize manpower allocation across fluctuating workloads and customer demand.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, supervisors, and admin teams.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Compliance & Safety

  • Enforce occupational health and safety regulations, security, and quality standards.

Financial & Reporting

  • Manage operational costs.
  • Prepare financial and operational reports for management and customers.

Qualifications & Skills

  • No formal Education or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with exposure to multi-client operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills are essential.
