- Monitor daily workload and adjust resources as needed.
- Process orders in sequence based on priority.
- Perform order reversal for cancellations and vendor returns.
- Process Management
- Adhere to documented processes and suggest areas for improvement.
- Guide newcomers on standard operating procedures.
- Support managers during internal and external audits.
- Reporting
- Provide regular updates on open and completed orders to management.
- Report operational issues or challenges to headquarters for resolution.
- Facilitate smooth handovers/takeovers of shifts.
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist management with urgent AOG despatches as required.
- Suggest and implement process improvements with management approval.
- Cover other warehouse functions as needed.
