Warehouse operations require strong leadership and organizational skills.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of warehouse checkers and general workers, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods against delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines for receiving, storing, and dispatching products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to facilitate timely inbound and outbound processes.
  • Investigate discrepancies and report any damages, losses, or variances to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Document and file all relevant warehouse records, including checklists and delivery documents.
  • Enforce high standards of workplace safety and cleanliness.
  • Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and checking procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum O-Level / NITEC or equivalent warehouse/logistics certification.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management System) and basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
  • Able to work in Jurong Island.
