**Job Description**:
The Role:

- To be responsible for the company’s billing functions - To liaise with Operations team to create invoices and / or credit notes in SAP system to send to customers for collection purposes.

Job Descriptions:

- Verify billing details with supporting documents.
- Provide monthly update on billing status for all customers to accountant.
- Provide monthly revenue accruals for all customers to accountant.
- Invoicing tracking to ensure billing is accurate and complete.
- Maintain Excel templates for SAP upload.
- Generating invoices in SAP and Cargowise systems.
- Issue Credit Notes as required.
- Follow up on all possible queries from customers.
- Assist with internal & external audits.
- Work within the agreed Key Performance Indicators
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting team leader/ manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum with GCE ‘O’ Levels
- With SAP experience - Billing functions
- Able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision
