**Overview**:
The Asst. Manager will assist to lead and support the budget team day-to-day operational activities, enabling the team to dedicate more time to optimizing processes and driving efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in routine financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tasks.
- Support ad-hoc financial requests and data preparation for strategic decision-making.
- Approve FastPay collections link submission for students’ activities and provide support.
- Preparation for withholding tax submission.
- Preparation Risk Control Matrix.
- Contribute to streamlining existing workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Review of journals submission and budget transfers.
- Review of WBS creations and submission.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy with a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience.
- Good knowledge of SAP financial systems (S4 HANA) and analytical tools (eg. Power BI) would be an advantage.
- Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of independence as well as the maturity and ability to work with staff at all levels.
