**Responsibilities**:
- Support department in administrative functions to ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders for non-technical items
- Track orders, ensure timely delivery and delivery schedules
- Check, process all invoices and perform good receipts in the BC system
- Verify the charges from local ports, external launches and freight
- Managing outstanding purchase orders and delivery schedule
- Other administrative work as assigned.

- Min 1 year working experience in the Logistics or Supply Chain Industry
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team and positive attitude
- Good in initiate and organize their own work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
